Enrolment Process

How do I enroll my child?

We use the software Jackrabbit to organise our enrolment process. Jackrabbit allows parents and guardians to review personal details, find class availability, make payment and keep informed with company news.

Steps

  1. Register your child and family with the “Registration Form”. Once this is complete, you will be given access to your very own Parent Portal account.

  2. Log-into our Parent Portal. This can be located on our website under “Parent Portal”.

  3. Once logged in, Select Find Classes > Add Filter > Location > Online to view Outback Groover Classes. Outback Groovers classes are referenced as “OG:” on Jackrabbit. Adjust veiwed classes through selecting “All Locations” or “All Ages”.

  4. Select classes and enroll your child!

    (An invoice will be sent to you shortly after - Please check your spam box)

Please Note: All classes are in SOUTH AUSTRALIAN Time. Please convert to your timezone.

Please read important class details including the session time and day carefully.
